The following conditions apply for SP contract.
- Desktop configuration must meet our recovery standards, allowing for a faster recovery process. A single desktop cost $80.00 to be converted to our Advanced Recovery Solution. Once installed your systems are fully protected against any online attack. Whether it be a virus or a hacker trying to access your computer, protecting your host OS, critical data and operations is what our technology does best. Our recovery solution significantly reduces administration cost over a 5 year period by reducing down time by 99.9% and any loss of data.
- minimum of 1GB of ram is required for XP and 3GB for Vista, more is better
- 1.2Ghz intel CPU upwards, more is better.
SLA SP includes onsite calls, restoration and hardware diagnostics. If there is a hardware failure and the item in question was purchase through our services and is still under warranty, we will organize an immediate replacement within 48hrs. If your server is on lease and located in our data center, replacement will be within 2-4 hrs.
