Documentation Costs Free
All the stages offered are free of charge. Once the review process is completed you have the option to consider our SLA Contract, upgrade parts of your IT department or continue as normal. Competitive long-term SLA contract rates are available as follows.

Our SLA contracts run a minimum of 12 month with a more competitive price based on longer-term contracts.
SLA 12 month contract rate
- 50 computers 1x server starts at $995.00 per month $11940.00 per annum
- 100 computers 2x servers $1795 per month $21540.00 per annum
- 150 computers 4x servers $2291 per month $27500.00 per annum
- 250 computers 4x servers $2995 per month $35950.00 per annum
SLA Contract includes the following and is indicative of the initial roll out cost required to meet our high standard of service. The roll out cost is spread over the contract term. All required components and accessories are purchased by the client. The following shows two sections
Initial Project Roll out
- Project Roll out Plan
- Initial desktop and server rebuild (necessary in order to meet SLA)
- Network and Server Design if necessary.
- Testing and systems refining.
SLA Contract (Service Level Agreement)

- Weekly or Monthly analytic report
- Web based job logging system. All trouble tickets are logged via our web base help desk support site. All trouble tickets logged by staff are sent to our email, where we answer all calls via a direct phone call to the recipient. Management receive all logged tickets via email, this process helps management see how the logging process is working and where common issues arise and how to mitigate a plan too best manage them.
